About Me

My name is Christopher (Andrew Allan) Wilson, I’m 18 and I currently live in Hull. I have just finished at Wyke 6th Form College where I studied a BTEC in Computing. While waiting to hear back about my results, I have started working in one of KCs Contact Centres for VP on a part time basis to save up for University.

In my spare time, I like to learn new things, break things and play a few games. Along with this, I also post videos on YouTube with Tutorials for people to follow along with.

I started my interest in networking several years ago. I have since set up many networks for several purposes for many people. When setting up these networks, my operating system of choice is windows. I have had a lot experience working with Windows XP and Windows 7. I have worked with Windows Server 2003 and 2008. As well as this, I have also started to work with several flavours of Linux of which I am becoming increasingly fluent with its workings. The distribution of Linux which I use the most is Debian 6 and CentOS. I have had experience running a CPanel with 30+ which helped me learn a lot.

I first started to look in to programming a few years ago when I decided that it wasn’t my thing and left it. I then started to Work where I started to work with the programmer on a couple of tasks. When I left, I decided to continue with it. That is where I first started to take it seriously and take up python and then Visual Basic. That is when I released the first version of a networking application.
